You can invite users who are not members of your Workspace to view or edit specific Workflows, without giving them access to your whole Workspace.
If you're a Pro user, the below process also works for sharing Folders with Guests!
Inviting a Guest to View or Edit a Workflow
If you want to invite a user to view or edit select Workflows in your Workspace, you can add them as a Guest to those Workflows.

1. Select the Workflow you want to share

2. Click on Share & Export

3. Type the user's email address
They will be prompted to create a Tango account if they do not have one.

4. Select whether you want to give them View Only or Edit permissions.
Only Pro users can invite a Guest to edit their Workflows

5. Click on Invite

This Workflow was created with Tango.
If you are a "Guest" within a Workspace, it means you can see select Workflows or Folders in that Workspace
If you received an email that a Workflow has been shared with you, but you aren't a member of the Creator's Workspace, here's how to view that Workflow. Please note, you will need to create a Tango account in order to accept a Workflow or Folder that has been shared with you.

Check out the Workspace switcher (top left of your homepage) to see which Workspaces you are a member of, and where you are a Creator or a Guest

1. The dropdown menu on the top left will show you which Workspaces you are a member of

2. The Guest title means you have been invited to view select Workflows or Folders in that Workspace.

3. Clicking into your Guest Workspace, you can find the shared Workflows in the Shared with Me Library.
