Why do I see a red number next to my Tango extension?

When you're logged in to Tango, the extension will alert you to available workflows you can access on any website where you work.

Tango's goal is to make it easy for you to get answers in the flow of work, so we've added a Discovery feature to our extension, so you don't have to go looking for a Tango when you're in Get Sh*t Done Mode.

1. No matter the website you're on, if you have access to Tangos for that website, we will show a red number next to the extension. Click on the extension like you would to start capture.

In this instance, we have 19 Tangos available for Intercom

2. Click Discover a Tango

3. We'll open a list of available Tangos without taking you away from the page where you're working, so you can find the Tango you need, and get back to work.

4. For Guidance compatible Tangos, we will open the Guidance side panel and begin Guidance automatically.
