What happens to my Tangos if I downgrade?

Regardless of plan, Tango securely stores all your Workspace content until there is a request to delete or de-activate the account.

Any Workflow content created in Tango will always be stored in your account until you tell us otherwise.

Tangos that are created while on a Tango Pro plan will likewise be accessible if a Pro user chooses to downgrade their subscription. They will be prevented from using any Pro features including Desktop capture, branding, private folder sharing, Live blur and Advanced Workflow analytics as well as unable to capture additional Workflows if they are at or beyond the 15 Workflow limit. They will be able to view, share, and export whatever Workflows which had been created during the Tango Pro subscription period.

If you would like to delete your account and all associated content, please reach out to [email protected] to let us know.
