1. Click on Create new folder, or pick an existing folder
3. Drag the Workflow you would like to move to your folder.
5. Drop the Workflow into your desired folder.
Here are some basic recommendations on Folders:
Single-function teams (e.g. you are just a Customer Support team on Tango!)
Determine your major activity and responsibility areas as a team. What are the tasks you do routinely as a group? Then create folders based on those sets of activities (e.g. discounting)
Alternatively, aggregate all Workflows related to a single application or tool
Multi-function teams (e.g. you are a small company and everyone's on Tango)
Use folders to separate your departments so teammates know where to go to find content for their role
From here, you'll be able to use Tango's search function more powerfully as well as scroll through folders for ideation or to find duplicate activity. Note: Tango will be working on more advanced organization and admin capabilities soon!
