Any team member in your Workspace, regardless of being Pro or free, will have access to all folders in the "Shared with Workspace Library."
Pro users can also share folders with users who are not members of their Workspace, and they can share folders privately with specific team members.
Private Folder Sharing with Tango Pro
If you're looking to share a folder with select team members, store it in your Personal Library.

1. Make sure the folder you want to share privately is in your Personal Library in your Workspace

2. Click on ellipses to open the Option menu on the folder you want to share

3. Click on Share

4. Enter the user's email who you want to share the folder with.
Make sure the user has a Tango account before you share the folder. If they are not yet a Tango user, they will need to sign up for Tango in order to successfully access the folder that has been shared. If you share the folder before you create a Tango account, you will need to share it again afterwards.

5. Select the access level you want to assign this user - either Viewer or Editor of all Workflows in the folder.

6. Click on Invite

7. You will see a dialog box stating the user was successfully invited!

How to share a folder with a Guest user
Tango Pro users can share a folder with users who are not members of their Workspace. Guest users may be given Viewer or Editor access to folders.

4. Type "[email protected]"
