Tango has 3 pricing tiers: Free, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan includes different roles and features.

What's included in a Free Plan?

A Tango Free Plan includes:

⭐️ Up to 10 users per Workspace (all users are Admins)

⭐️ Up to 15 workflows per user, which can be shared with others in the Team Workspace

⭐️ Basic functionality for getting started with Tango

Types of Roles in a Free Plan

  • Admin

  • Guest

Admin role

Everyone in a Free Workspace is an Admin.

  • Can invite or remove other users

  • Can use Guide Me an unlimited amount of times

  • Can create, export, duplicate, and move workflows

  • Can change folder permissions

Guest role

Anyone on any plan can invite guests to view specific workflows. Guests can be added to view any number of workflows, and can try out Guidance 3 times in any Workspace.

They do not have access to the Workspace and cannot create, edit, or duplicate or any workflows in the Workspace.

What's included in a Pro Plan?

A Tango Pro Plan includes:

⭐️ Max 30 users (charged per user)

⭐️ Unlimited workflows per user

⭐️ Upgraded functionality, like branding and insights

⭐️ Advanced permission & privacy settings

⭐️ Access to Tango's Desktop app

Types of Roles in a Pro Plan

  • Creator

  • Admin

  • Guest

Creator role

The Creator role in a Pro Workspace has expanded creation capabilities. Creator roles are only available on paid plans.

  • Can change branding

  • Can use Guide Me an unlimited amount of times

  • Can create, export, duplicate, and move workflows

  • Can change folder permissions for folders they can access

  • Can change workflow privacy settings on Workflows they have edit access to

  • Can blur sensitive data while capturing

  • Can use the desktop app

All members within a Tango Pro Workspace must have a Tango Pro subscription for that specific Workspace.

Admin role

In addition to everything a Creator can do, an Admin can also invite or remove Workspace members

  • Can invite or remove Workspace members

  • Can change permission settings for all workflows and folders

  • Can change billing information

What's included in an Enterprise Plan?

A Tango Enterprise Plan is best for companies or large departments or with software rollouts and training projects that require additional capabilities, like:

⭐️ SSO (SAML), flexible user administration

⭐️ Viewer seats for using real time Guidance walkthroughs across tools

⭐️ Automatically blur PII during capture

⭐️ Standard onboarding & training

⭐️ Admin analytics dashboard

Additionally, Enterprise customers requiring more support can access:

⭐️ Redlining on MSA/DPA

⭐️ Security questionnaires

⭐️ Custom embed integration

⭐️ Custom onboarding & training

⭐️ Insights

Creator role in an Enterprise Workspace

The Creator role in an Enterprise Workspace has expanded creation capabilities. Creator roles are only available on paid plans.

  • Can change folder permissions for folders they can access

  • Can change workflow privacy settings on Workflows they have edit access to

Admin role in an Enterprise Workspace

In addition to everything a Creator can do, an Admin can also invite or remove Workspace members

  • Can manage branding

  • Can invite or remove Workspace members

  • Can change permission settings for all workflows and folders

  • Can change billing information

  • Can manage Security options, including SSO/SCIM

  • Can see Workspace Insights

  • Can manage user groups

Sidekick role in an Enterprise Workspace

The Sidekick role are for those who only need to use Guide Me. Sidekicks cannot create, export, duplicate, or move workflows. Sidekick roles are only available on Tango Enterprise plans and must be manually activated by the Tango team.

  • Can use Guide Me an unlimited amount of times

  • Has ability to view and comment on Tangos that are Shared with Workspace
