The Sidekick role is a view only and was designed for those who want to use Guidance to follow a process live on their screen, but don't need to create new workflows themselves. Sidekicks cannot create, export, edit, duplicate, or move workflows.
With the Sidekick role, your team can:
Use Guidance an unlimited amount of times
View and comment on Tangos that are Shared with Workspace.
Sidekicks cannot edit or create new Tangos, removing concern around version control or incorrect information in your Workspace.
Sidekicks are only available on Business and Enterprise plans and in select occasions certain large Pro teams may qualify.
