What's changing?
Since first launching Tango, we've rolled out many new features which have introduced the world to a whole new way of working. Starting in mid-November, we're updating our pricing and plans to better reflect how people use Tango today. Additionally, we are rolling out new user roles and better access management which will allow for more flexibility and transparency for paid users.
🆕 A summary of the changes:
Pro Workspaces will cost $20 per user per month on an annual plan, or $24 per user per month on a monthly plan.
All users in a Pro Workspace must have a Tango Pro subscription
Introducing a new user role in Business and Enterprise Workspaces: Sidekicks, who are designed to be Guidance users (Get to Know Guidance), can view and comment on Tangos, but cannot edit or create new Tangos in the Workspace.
Free Workspaces will be limited to 10 users per Workspace and 15 workflows per Workspace.
What does this mean for Tango Pro Workspaces currently on a monthly plan?
Tango Pro Workspaces on a monthly plan will cost $24 per user per month. All users in a Tango Pro Workspace must be Tango Pro subscribers. The Pro plan continues to be our premium offering for teams and power users.
If you are currently on a monthly plan, your next monthly invoice after the pricing change will reflect the new price.
Any free Tango users in your Pro Workspace who have not been upgraded to Creator Pros when these pricing changes go into effect will be removed from the Workspace.

What does this mean for Tango Pro Workspaces currently on an annual plan?
Tango Pro Workspaces on an annual plan will cost $20 per user per month. All users in a Tango Pro Workspace must be Tango Pro subscribers. This is still the best value plan for Pro users.
If you are currently on an annual plan, pricing changes will not appear until your next renewal date. If you upgrade users from Free to Pro after the pricing changes, you will be billed retroactively on a prorated basis according to the new Pro price on your subsequent billing date.
Any free Tango users in your Pro Workspace who have not been upgraded to Creator Pros when these pricing changes go into effect will be removed from the Workspace.
What does this mean for Free Workspaces?
Free Workspaces will be limited to 10 users per Workspace, and 15 workflows per Workspace. This plan is best for individuals, or teams getting started with Tango.
If you are in a Free Workspaces where the new limits have been exceeded, you'll need to upgrade or make changes to your Workspace. If you are over the 15 workflow threshold, you'll need to upgrade to Tango Pro to continue capturing workflows. Alternatively, you can archive old workflows or export excess workflows to PDF for safekeeping.
If you are over the 10 user limit, you'll have the option to remove users from the Workspace or upgrade your team to Tango Pro.
