By default when you capture a workflow, it is saved in your Drafts folder. You must move it to the Team Library to share it publicly or with Workspace members.

1. From the Tango in your Drafts Library, Click on Share & export

Click on Share & export

2. Click on Continue

Click on Continue

3. Once you move it to the Team Library, if you are in a Free Workspace, the Tango permissions will automatically change to Anyone with the link.

If the workflow is set to Anyone with the link, you can copy the Link. Simply click on the bottom right corner button to copy a URL for the Tango. Tango's workflow links are by default public (but not indexable or discoverable by search engines), so copying a link and pasting it into a chat platform, email, or support site is quick and simple.

Users who access the link to view in their browser will not need to have a Tango account.

Copying the link assumes that you are sharing the Tango with users who should have access. Tango links are by default public (though not indexable), so sharing the link will not require a user to have a Tango account to view it. See Step 6 to change Privacy settings on your Tango.

Pro users have more workflow and folder permission controls, as explained in this article.

Click on Copy link

If you'd like to further manage workflow privacy, you can change that selection to "only invited users" and then Share via email. Enter a user's email address, then click Share.

Viewers will receive an email notifying them that they have a Tango waiting for them. For Pro users, this also allows you to control which members can see or edit your Tango within your Workspace.

Please note that if privacy is set to "Only Workspace members can access", anyone invited must have a Tango account to be verified to view or Edit the Tango.

Option 1: Share via email. First, enter a user's email address, then click Share. If you have a Pro account, you can also invite users to edit your Tango.

It's also easy to Embed a Tango into your favorite knowledge base. Select where you want to embed the Tango, and we'll make sure the format is optimized for that platform.

If you don't see your preferred platform listed, select "Any other platform"

For more information, see the How to use Embeds article, which is also linked in the Share & Export Modal

Option 3: Embed. It's easy to Embed a Tango into your favorite knowledge base. Select where you want to embed the Tango, and we'll make sure the format is optimized for that platform.

Last but not least, you can click on Export to share a static version of your Tango with others.

After clicking "Export", select which method you'd prefer to export the Tango.

Note: Sharing modes in this tab will copy/export the existing version of the Tango. Any changes made after you copy will not be reflected

Copying the HTML to your clipboard is compatible with almost every other knowledge base platform we've encountered with the exception of Google Slide and Microsoft PPT

Option 4: Last but not least, you can click on Export to share a static version of your Tango with others.

Click on Copy or Download to Copy to HTML (formerly Magic Copy), Copy Markdown, or Download a PDF version of your Tango.
