If your teammate has already been invited to your Workspace, they will be able to to access all Tangos that have been shared with the Workspace.

If you only need to share a single Tango, or if the other person is not a Workspace member, then you can still share a workflow with them with.

Note: If the Tango is public, the recipient will receive an email with a link to view the Tango directly. If it is private, they will be instructed to sign up for or sign in to Tango to see the Tango in the "Shared with Me" Library of the Workspace.

You can share individual Tangos with teammates, or invite them to your Workspace for deeper collaboration.

How to Share a Tango

1. Click on Share & export

2. Type their email ddress

3. Click on Share

4. You can also share by sending them a link. Click on Copy link.

Note: If the Tango is public, the recipient will receive an email with a link to view the Tango directly. If it is private, they will be instructed to sign up for or sign in to Tango to see the Tango in the "Shared with Me" Library of the Workspace.
