What's Tango's offer for current WalkMe customers?

Are you a WalkMe customer? We’ll buy out your contract to switch to Tango.

For a limited time, Tango is offering to buy out the remainder of your WalkMe contract when you switch to a Tango Business or Enterprise plan.

This offer is available to current WalkMe customers concerned about the SAP acquisition or generally displeased with their WalkMe experience. Tango will apply any unused credit from your existing WalkMe contract towards a Tango plan.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This offer is available only to existing WalkMe customers who switch to a Tango Business or Enterprise subscription. A valid WalkMe contract will need to be shared.

  2. Credit Application: Only unused credits from the customer's current WalkMe contract will be applied towards a new Tango subscription. No cash refunds or other forms of compensation will be provided.

  3. Exclusions: This offer does not cover any termination fees, scheduled payments, or any other outstanding charges associated with the WalkMe contract.

  4. Subscription Terms: The application of unused credits is subject to the discretion of Tango and further, the terms and conditions of the Tango Business or Enterprise subscription.

  5. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

  6. Limited Time: This offer is valid for a limited time and may be withdrawn or modified by Tango at any time without prior notice.

How to Redeem

To take advantage of this offer, please contact the Tango sales team through this form and provide details of your existing WalkMe contract and any unused credits. Our team will assist you in applying these credits towards a Tango Business or Enterprise subscription.
