This process is different depending if your login was originally created using:
An email username and password
Sign up with Google
A SSO (single sign-on) provider
Email username and password:
Please contact us at [email protected] with:
The old (current) email username being used to login
The desired new email username to be used in login
and we will gladly help update it for you.
Sign up with Google
If you signed up using Google, you will need to:
First, create a new account.
Then please contact us at [email protected] with assistance in moving over your content. We will need you to share:
the old login username (email) from which you would like to transfer content
as well as your new login username (email).
Enterprise SSO
If you're part of an Enterprise account using SSO, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager for assistance moving over your Workflows and Folders to a new email username.
