Creators & Admins can get detailed Viewer Analytics; Pro users can also see a list of viewers, and how much of the process they completed.

For any Tango you created, you can check out who has viewed it, when, and how many steps users completed, including where they dropped off.

Pro Admins and Creators can also see a detailed View of all users who Viewed their Workflow, and through what method (Guide Me, web app, embed, etc).

1. Click on the ellipses next to the title

You can also access Analytics from the cover page of any Tango in your Workspace.

3. You will open into the Overview for a timeline of total views

4. You can also see the general completion rate

5. The Completion section of the Overview shows how many steps users completed in Guide Me, and where they may have dropped off.

The Guide Me completion rate as a percentage is calculated for users who went through all the steps, or completed at least 80% of the workflow.

6. Click on Viewer Activity for more granular user data.

7. Free users can see up to 3 unique viewers, and the mode in which they viewed. Upgrade to Tango Pro to see details on additional Viewers!

8. Completion under Viewer Activity shows who went through the workflow using Guide Me, and how many steps they completed.
