There are a few reasons a Tango might not appear directly in your extension:
If you have multiple Workspaces or accounts, we are only able to search for Tangos in the workspace where you are signed in. You may need to point the extension to another Workspace to search for the Tango in question. Here's how to switch between workspaces.
If you were sent a public link to a Tango, but the Tango is not in your Workspace, or you were not added as a Viewer, you will not see it in the extension.
