How do I change ownership of my Pro subscription and my Pro Workspace's Workflows?
Maybe you purchased Tango Pro with one account, and now you want another account to take over ownership of your Workflows?
This is a relevant process to a few scenarios:
You upgraded to Tango Pro with your personal email address, and want to transfer this Pro subscription to a work account.
You are leaving a company and want to give someone else ownership of the Tangos you created.
How to do this:
Invite the other email address to your Workspace as a Creator Admin
If you no longer need to be in this Workspace, ask this new user to remove you from the Workspace.
⭐️ Important note for Pro users: Inviting a user will result in a prorated charge on your next invoice. To prevent this charge, you should remove this user in the same day so that your total Workspace members is unchanged after this process. ⭐️
